Plant-Based Creamer
INGREDIENTS
1 cup raw walnuts (soaked 6+ hours)
1 ½ cups raw cashews (soaked 6+ hours)
6-8 large medjool dates, adjust to taste (soaked 6+ hours)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients, except for the water to the juicer hopper, turn it on, and gradually add water. Drain the creamer from the hopper. For extra smooth consistency, pour through a fine mesh strainer. Enjoy in your favorite cup of coffee or morning beverage.
This can also be made in a high-speed blender by blending all the ingredients and straining it through a nut milk bag.
Stores for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
