Sweet Golden Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
1/3 cup tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 inch turmeric
1/2 inch ginger
2-3 dates (or to taste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp water
Optional:
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
