Cilantro-Lime Hummus
2 ⅔ cup cooked chickpeas ( 2 15oz cans)
¼ cup tahini
1 large bunch of cilantro
1 avocado
3 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 large lime.
¼ + cup water (adjust to desired consistency)
Optional:
¾ tsp salt, or to taste
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to the food processor. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
