Apple Pie Baked Oats

Oat base:

2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cup of plant milk
1 tbsp ground flax
¼ cup nut butter ( Nut-Free: Use seed butter)
¼ cup date paste
⅓ cup apple sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Apple topping:

2 apples, peeled and diced small
¼ cup date paste
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

Prepare the oats:

Mix the base ingredients in a 9×9 inch baking pan and let it sit while preparing the apple topping.

Prepare the apple topping:

Combine topping ingredients and spread over oats.

Bake:

Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
