Vegan Blueberry Overnight Oats Refined Sugar-Free!

1 cup oats (organic and certified glyphosate free)
¾ cup plant milk of choice
3 tbsp date paste (see my “dates” highlight)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup frozen wild blueberries
Fresh blueberries to top

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or cup. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours- overnight.

*If you prefer your oats thick, allow it to chill overnight.

**These oats are creamy and slightly “loose” at 2 hours of refrigeration and thick and creamy if left in the fridge overnight. You may adjust consistency to your preference by adding a little more or less plant milk.
