Carob-Banana Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
1 cup plant milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp date paste (see my recipes)
1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp carob powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine plant milk, vanilla extract, and date paste in your cup or bowl, mix to combine. Add oats and carob, mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. The longer they sit the thicker they will be.
