Vegan High-Protein Cilantro-Pea Pesto!!

Cilantro-Pea Pesto

1 1/2 cups green peas
1/2 a packed cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 of a lemon, juiced
3/4 cup pistachios

Optional:
1 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Add small amounts of water to adjust the consistency as needed.
