1 cup hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup cannellini beans
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp salt or TO YOUR TASTE
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
¼ cup fresh dill or 1-2 tsp dried dill
1 soft Medjool date

Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
