Democrat and Republican leadership in the House and Senate routinely create emergencies and threats of government shut downs so they can cram horrible legislation through Congress before anyone has a chance to read and object to it. In this video I examine how Indiana avoids this problem the Federal government has and I examine just 1 paragraph, buried on page 139 of the failed continuing resolution that would have funded government sponsored censorship in the United States.
